I'll be back to inform on the crisis of the WOSM (World Organization of the Scout Movement) started in October 2007 but that can not be said definitively closed at least until the World Conference July 2008 in Korea.

I do so because the Italian Federation of Scouting (FIS) has opened a section of its website dedicated to the theme, carried over from the site that you will find:
